MOODY aims to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and circumstances beyond our control.

• Standard doorstep delivery is S$4.50.
• Free standard doorstep delivery is available for Singapore orders of S$150 and above.
• Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel upon delivery. If no one is available and the parcel requires a second delivery attempt, a small redelivery fee will apply.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs if the parcel has been left at the requested location.
• There may be a slight delay during festive & busy periods.

MOODY currently ships internationally to Malaysia, with plans to expand to more destinations in the future.

International orders to Malaysia are typically delivered within 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs clearance, and circumstances beyond our control.

• Free doorstep delivery is available for international orders of S$150 and above.
• All international parcels come with a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• All international parcels are subject to customs clearance upon arrival. MOODY does not have control over customs clearance procedures or the time required for clearance, and this may result in additional delays.
• Orders may be subject to local taxes, GST, customs duties, or other import charges upon arrival, depending on Malaysian regulations. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
