Returns are only accepted for defective items.

  • Returns will be refunded with store credit only.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

    • Purchased from our website.


Return Procedure:

  1. Email moodyinspaceco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear images of the defect.

  2. We will review and confirm if your return is eligible. 

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Items must be sent back via a trackable courier service.

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    • For international orders, additional postage may apply.

  5. Returns that do not meet our conditions will be declined. 

  6. Once received, returns will be processed within 7–14 working days.

WRONG ITEM / SIZE SENT

We’re really sorry if this happens. 

  • Email moodyinspaceco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear images of the wrong item or size received. 

  • Items must be returned in original condition (unused, unwashed, tag intact and in original packaging).

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • If the correct item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
